ICFS – In Christ Foundation School is a school that emphasizes the fundamentals of the Christian faith to ensure that the faith of the believers in Christ is grounded indeed in Christ. The Bible says, “If the foundations be destroyed, what can the righteous do?” (Psalms 11:3).
In other words, without a good foundation in Christ Jesus, we won’t be able to properly represent Christ or stand the storms of life. We understand that the structure and sustainability of every building are dependent on the quality of the foundation in place. We believe that a faulty foundation makes for a poor Christian life just as a faulty foundation makes for a poor building. This is why we give diligent attention to the Christian foundation by the In Christ Foundation School.
The In Christ Foundation School began in 2015. In the past 10 years, the courses have been improved by the guide of the Spirit to ensure that it meets the objective of a good foundation in Christ.
Level 1: Identity
This is the very first level of the foundation training, which ensures the students have a good understanding of Christ, their salvation, and who they really are to God.
Level 2: Security
Level 2 deals with the fear factor, covering subjects such as the love of God, overcoming fear, understanding hell, and walking in divine sufficiency.
Level 3: Authority
Level 3 emphasizes the authority that is given to God’s children to deal with the affairs of this life and not be victims.
Level 4: Responsibility
Level 4 of ICFS emphasizes the need for God’s children to serve the Lord and bring His influence into their world and upon the earth. “How do I serve the Lord acceptably?” is the question answered at this level.
Level 5: Accountability
Level 5 of ICFS covers the need to live a life that is conscious of answering to God. It talks of the things to do in order to constantly have a progressive life in Christ, ever growing in grace.
The current graduation ceremony is celebrating the students who have successfully gone through ICFS Level 1. Level 1 of ICFS has 5 vital modules, which the students are expected to validate before graduation:
Module 1: The Origin and the Fall of Man
Module 2: Understanding Salvation
Module 3: The New Man
Module 4: The Holy Spirit:
Module 5: Staying in the Faith
By the depth of knowledge revealed at the In Christ Foundation School (ICFS), it’s impossible to overemphasize the importance of such a school to every believer in Christ. Many who have gone through this school in the past years and in the past 26 batches live a restful, fruitful, and triumphant life in Christ, and they testify so.
