DIVINE ORDER BRINGS DIVINE FAVOUR

“Let all things be done decently and in order.” – 1 Corinthians 14:40

  • The Connection Between Order and Favour

Whenever something is not consistent with divine order, it lacks favour. Favour is connected to order. The greatest secret to having the fullness of God committed to you is to put your life in order. Before you do anything, look to your reference. As a son of God, before you act, look to Christ, the Word, for He is your mirror. This is why Paul the Apostle says: “But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord” (2 Corinthians 3:18). Hallelujah!

  • The Word of God, the Standard of Our Excellence

This is the Christian life: Christ, the mirror of your excellence; the Word of God, the standard for your life. You use the Word to put your life in order and as a consequence, you secure favour. Therefore, things will be easy for you. This is why in our theme verse, Paul the Apostle urges us: “Let all things be done decently and in order” (1 Corinthians 14:40). There is a way God has made all things to be. Humility is discovering that way and submitting yourself to it. The lack of due diligence in following this divine pattern will always lead to embarrassment.

•………..•
“Favour is not a random occurrence; it is the natural fragrance of a life aligned with God’s original design.”

  • The Wisdom of Careful Preparation

Our Lord Jesus taught the wisdom of careful preparation when He said, “For which of you, intending to build a tower, sitteth not down first, and counteth the cost, whether he have sufficient to finish it?” (Luke 14:28). To “sit down and count the cost” speaks of due diligence—quality research, study, and investigation, so that everything follows the right order. When things are done according to divine order, they produce rest and effectiveness. Order brings safety, favour, and beauty.

  • Returning to the Beginning

For everything you pursue in life, you need to know how it was in the beginning. That is your reference, and you should pattern everything according to it. Success is not by chance; sit down and count the cost! The Word of God is our reference: “Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path” (Psalms 119:105). The Word can never lead us into disorder. Go for order! Failure most times is a sign that you are missing divine order. If you follow that standard, you will succeed. Praise the Lord!

…now you can walk the light walk.

| PRAYER | Dear Father, I thank You for the revelation of Your divine order. I submit my life, my family, and my pursuits to Your original design as it was in the beginning. I choose Christ as my perfect reference and Your Word as my absolute standard. I acknowledge that as I walk in order, I obtain unusual favour and good success. Every area of my life now reflects the reality of heaven, and I experience the rest and beauty that come from being aligned with You. Thank You, precious Father, in Jesus’ name. Amen.
