Leadership and Structure

At Christlife Assembly Church, we  believe that everything rises and falls on leadership. Where there is no leadership, disorder is inevitable—and we serve a God of order. We understand the power of leadership and its influence on people and purpose.
 
Under the divine guidance of the man of God, Pastor Daniel Nyah, one of our core values is raising godly leaders, frontliners, and pace-setters. Through wisdom and intentionality, he has established a well-structured leadership system that ensures the smooth operation and effective management of the church.
 
The leadership of the church is organized into 12 Core Ministries, each led by a Ministry Director. These ministries are further subdivided into units and departments, each overseen by competent and committed leaders.

The 12 Core Ministries:

Publication Ministry

Responsible for creating, editing, and distributing the church's written and digital materials, including books, magazines, and tracts, to propagate the Gospel and Pastor Daniel Nyah's teachings.

Children’s Church

Provides a safe, engaging, and age-appropriate environment for children to receive foundational spiritual instruction, nurturing their early faith and understanding of Christ.

Finance Ministry

Manages the church's financial resources with integrity, overseeing budgeting, accounting, and reporting to ensure transparent and responsible stewardship of all funds.

Training Ministry

Focuses on equipping believers for effective ministry and personal growth through structured programs, classes, and the In Christ Foundation School (ICFS) for spiritual development.

Media Ministry

Oversees the technical aspects of services, including audio-visual production, livestreaming, and managing the church's digital platforms to enhance the Gospel experience.

Songs and Music Ministry

Cultivates an atmosphere of vibrant worship through music, leading the congregation in songs of praise and providing a platform for developing musical and singing gifts.

Stewardship Ministry

Educates members on the biblical principles of giving, managing their resources (time, talent, and treasure), and promoting faithful accountability to God and the ministry.

TV Ministry

Expands the reach of the Gospel and the church's message beyond the local assembly by producing and broadcasting sermons and programs on television channels and online.

Projects Ministry

Responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of the church's infrastructure and community development initiatives, from building projects to major events.

Outreach and Follow-Up Ministry

Organizes local evangelistic efforts and community programs (GoMission) and ensures new converts and visitors are welcomed, discipled, and integrated into the church family.

Public Relations Ministry

Manages the church’s public image and external communications, fostering positive relationships with the community, media, and other organizations.

Saints Empowerment Initiative (SEI)

Provides practical and substantial support, care, and resources to church members to boost their pursuit of purpose in Christ and aid in vocational and life challenges.
